This dummy insert fits snugly into the smaller of our melamine Smartware bowls. A dummy insert will allow you to put out less food but still show a full-looking display. The insert is "smart" because one end of it is notched. This means that when placed in a bowl, our standard food ticketing system (using a tray clip) will fit directly onto the bowl without disturbing the dummy insert. This means you can attach or detach a ticket without having to remove the dummy insert.
