We now have a ticket holder especially made for hot food displays such as Bain Maries. Normal plastic in these environments will melt; however, this ticket holder is made from ultra-tough polycarbonate plastic that can easily withstand the rigours of a hot food display. The holder is designed to grip onto a laminated ticket commonly used in Bain Maries and is designed to fit into either the FTB2SS stainless steel Bain Marie clip or the FTH50HB polycarbonate base. The stainless steel clip will clip onto standard gastronorm trays found in Bain Maries, while the FTH50HB base will allow free standing of a ticket.
When fitting this ticket holder into the FTH50HB base, simply align the holder with the base and press firmly. Once in the base, the holder can tilt backwards or forwards, allowing the ticket to be presented at the best viewing angle.
